- • Medium (100°C-150°C): EPDM, NBR, PA66
- • High (200°C-260°C): FKM, PEEK, Silicone
By Chemical Exposure
- • Oils & Fuels: NBR, FKM
- • Weather & Ozone: EPDM, CR
- • Acids/Solvents: FKM, PEEK
By Mechanical Requirements
- • High strength: PA66+GF, PEEK
- • Wear resistance: POM, PA66
- • Flexibility: NR, Silicone
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I choose between NBR and EPDM?
Choose NBR for oil and fuel contact (automotive seals). Choose EPDM for outdoor applications (weather seals, roofing) as it has excellent ozone resistance.
Q: What's the difference between POM and PA66?
POM has lower friction and better dimensional stability for precision parts. PA66 has higher strength and better wear resistance for structural components.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
Yes, we provide mill certificates, FDA compliance docs, and ISO certification for all materials upon request.
Q: What's the minimum hardness for rubber parts?
We can produce rubber parts from Shore A 30 (very soft) up to Shore A 95 (very hard). Most common is Shore A 60-80.
